Welcome to the experts for systemic learning and transformation processes with archery, for companies, organisations and individuals. Based in Berlin, the Bogenakademie has been offering workshops and seminars with intuitive archery across Europe since 2010, supporting people through times of far-reaching change. We work mindfully, intuitively and systemically.

Systemisches Bogenschießen®: our method

In companies and organisations we use Systemisches Bogenschießen® (systemic archery), our protected method, as an effective tool in change processes, culture development and leadership training. The inner processes and patterns of people, teams and organisations become visible in the movement and on the target in an astonishingly direct way. Exactly this makes the transfer into everyday life and into professional contexts possible. Our participants experience a strengthening of their personal standpoint and inner attitude, combined with a distinct mindfulness, both important foundations for personal resilience and for working together in times of profound global change.

Archery courses in Berlin for individuals

Curious? Our taster course is the easiest way to try intuitive archery: 90 minutes, from 25 euros, no previous experience needed. From there you can continue with our foundation course and the intensive course in systemic archery. All open courses take place at the Ballhaus Walzerlinksgestrickt in Berlin-Kreuzberg, a historic ballroom at Tempelhofer Berg. Sessions are also available in English, simply let us know when you book.

Team events and team building for companies

Intuitive archery is not only a formative personal experience, it is an equally powerful team building instrument that lets very different team qualities grow. As soon as a team has released its first arrows, the real process begins. We work with groups of 6 to 250 people, at our locations in Berlin (Kreuzberg and Kladow on the Havel) or at your venue, Europe-wide. Our clients range from Allianz and Deutsche Bahn to the Federal Foreign Office. In 2026 our work took us to the University of the Arts in Reykjavik, and we have contributed to the ELIA Leadership Symposium in Geneva and the Rotterdam Change Days.
